how to use:
1. the test battery must be fully charged.
2. connect the positive of the battery to the positive input, from negative to negative, can not be inverted (with load reversal can damage the circuit)! Load connected to the positive and negative output, power in the tester With micro USB power supply (not available desktop or USB powered notebook), then the battery voltage display.
3. Direct start test just press the “OK” button, the tester can automatically make a suitable termination voltage depending on the battery’s full charge voltage, and start blinking three times to enter the test. if you need termination voltage of manual configuration, just press “+” or “-” to modify under battery voltage display status, the termination voltage display starting with p, means rear vaule voltage, voltage resolution 0.1 v, after configuring by pressing the “OK” button to start the test.
4. After the start of the test, the tester will turn on the control load of the electronic switch, the test data will rotate the screen between the release capacity (ah), the current discharge current (a) and the voltage of the battery (V). When the battery voltage reaches the configuration termination voltage, load control turns off the tester, the data stays in capacity (Ah) and the corresponding indicator flashes rapidly together, at this time the screen is the actual capacity of the battery discharge capacity, press “OK” button stop blinking allows stable data display, press the “OK” button again to return to the power state, now you can replace the Battery to test the next section.
the error codes and their meanings:
Err1: Battery voltage is above 15v
Err2: Battery voltage is lower than the termination voltage
